By creating an account or using Tiktim, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Please give accurate information when you sign up. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account — let us know right away if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Use Tiktim lawfully and respectfully. Don't misuse the service, try to disrupt it, or use it to harm others.

• No illegal or abusive content
• No attempts to breach security or disrupt the service
• No reselling, copying or reverse-engineering the app

Paid plans are billed in advance — monthly, every 6 months or yearly. Pro and Team include a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is needed to start.

You can cancel anytime; you keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we prorate any difference. If you subscribe through an app store such as Cafe Bazaar or Myket, that store's payment terms also apply.

You own everything you create in Tiktim. You give us only the limited rights needed to store and sync it for you.

We work hard to keep Tiktim running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features over time.

You can stop using Tiktim and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Tiktim is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll let you know about significant changes, and continuing to use Tiktim means you accept the updated terms.
