By creating an account or using Tiktim, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Use Tiktim lawfully and respectfully. Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harm others.

• No illegal or abusive content
• No attempts to breach security or disrupt the service
• No reselling or reverse-engineering the app

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We prorate plan changes where applicable.

Your content

You own the content you create in Tiktim. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and sync it on your behalf.

Limitation of liability

Tiktim is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes, and continued use of Tiktim means you accept the updated terms.
