• Account details: your email address and username
• Optional: a phone number, used only for account recovery
• Your content: the tasks, events, goals and notes you create, so we can sync them across your devices
• Messages you send us: your name, email and message when you use our contact form

We use your data only to provide and secure Tiktim — to sign you in, sync your content, send the reminders you've asked for, reply to your messages and, if needed, recover your account. We never use your data for advertising.

Our website uses a single essential cookie to remember your language, and saves your light or dark theme choice in your browser. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

We never sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing. A few service providers — such as our hosting infrastructure and the email service that delivers contact-form messages — process data on our behalf under strict agreements.

We protect your data with safeguards such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to our systems. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

Your data belongs to you. You can export all of it at any time, and you can delete your account whenever you like — your personal data is removed when you do. For any other request, just email us.

We keep your data only as long as your account is active. If you cancel a paid plan, your account moves back to the Free plan; if you delete your account, your data is removed.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll let you know and update the date at the top of this page.
