This document describes the terms of use for the Tiktim application and website at tiktim.com and all services offered through it. Using our services means you have agreed to these terms. Please read this document carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

1. Basic Conditions

  • You are responsible for any activity that takes place in the app and in your account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account password secure.
  • You must not use Tiktim for any illegal purposes. These rules include all international laws as well as the laws enacted in different countries.
  • You are not allowed to hack Tiktim or create any website similar to Tiktim in order to give false information to users.
  • You may not use Tiktim for legal proceedings (except in cases limited to copyright matters).

2. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to take the Tiktim service offline at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason.

3. Privacy

  • Tiktim's user privacy policy, available on the Privacy page, transparently explains our approach to your data. That policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
  • We are not responsible for any action taken directly by users to share their information with others.

4. Disclaimer

  • We constantly strive to provide an accurate and secure service and hope to earn the satisfaction of all users by fixing shortcomings — but except where explicitly stated in this document and related terms, we make no warranties regarding the services provided.

5. Consequences of Violating These Terms

  • Misuse of Tiktim's services in any form — disrupting the service, using malware or spyware, attempting to access accounts through non-standard methods, using bots or any harmful method to access site data, causing disruption or placing extra load on any Tiktim server — is prohibited. Tiktim will pursue such activity through legal channels.
  • Using Tiktim's services to violate individuals' rights or applicable law is prohibited. Tiktim bears no responsibility in such cases.
  • In the event of a violation, Tiktim will suspend the offending user's account and take legal action.
  • If immediate action is not taken, this does not mean violations have been overlooked or that we have waived the right to address them.

6. Changes to This Document

  • The contents of this document are not permanent and may change as Tiktim's policies evolve. If changes are significant, all users will be notified through their accounts.
